Technical Support Representative

Full-time, Drummondville

We are looking for a customer service representative to support customers of Condo Manager products. The position consists of answering customer questions about the software and accounting in general.

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and qualifications:

  • Education level: College (DEC) or Professional (DEP) completed or about to be completed.
  • Years of experience related to the position is an asset.
  • Description of qualifications: DEP in Accounting or DEC in Administrative Techniques (or equivalent).
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting software is an asset.
  • Communication and writing skills.
  • Interest in customer service.
  • Rigor and attention to detail, team player, versatility, strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, takes initiative, and flexible.
